The company issued a corrigendum (correction) to its earlier Board Meeting outcome filed on April 9, 2026, correcting two typographical errors. First, the effective date for reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee was corrected from April 8, 2026, to April 9, 2026. Second, the cut-off date for dispatch of postal ballot notice and eligibility for e-voting was corrected from April 3, 2026, to April 10, 2026. All other items from the original Board Meeting outcome remain unchanged.
