AGM 2026: All 7 resolutions passed, final dividend declared

Shankara Buildpro held its 3rd AGM on July 2, 2026 via video conferencing. All 7 resolutions passed with requisite majority. Key items include adoption of FY26 audited standalone and consolidated financials, declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of Mr. C. Ravikumar as director, appointment of secretarial auditor, and approval of pay hikes for Managing Director and two whole-time directors. About 56.4 percent of outstanding shares were polled, with nearly 99.99 percent voting in favor across all resolutions.
