Shanti Gold International, a gold jewelry manufacturer, reported exceptional Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs. 658.93 crore, up 121.65% YoY driven by 25% volume growth, new customer additions, and elevated gold prices. EBITDA surged 217% to Rs. 67.01 crore with margins expanding 306 basis points to 10.17%. PAT jumped 465% to Rs. 51.93 crore. For full FY26, revenue doubled to Rs. 2,018.71 crore with PAT at Rs. 140.15 crore, up 159%. The company attributed growth to strong wedding season demand, better product mix including bridal jewelry, and expansion into new product lines like Turkish jewelry and Mangalsutra. Management remains confident about further volume contribution from new capacity and product lines.
The company delivered outstanding quarter with dramatic profit growth, indicating strong operational leverage. Volume growth and margin expansion suggest sustainable competitive positioning, which could be positive for the stock. However, the high YoY growth partly reflects a low base from Q4 FY25.
