Shanti Gold International Limited, a Mumbai-based gold jewellery manufacturer, reported strong Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations at Rs. 430.08 crore, up 61.64% year-on-year from Rs. 266.07 crore in Q2 FY25. EBITDA jumped 228.46% YoY to Rs. 63.27 crore, with margins expanding sharply from 7.24% to 14.71% (a 747 basis points improvement). Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 375.49% YoY to Rs. 43.82 crore, compared to Rs. 9.22 crore in the same quarter last year. For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue grew 42.88% to Rs. 722.85 crore, EBITDA rose 184.50% to Rs. 102.86 crore, and PAT climbed 275.99% to Rs. 68.46 crore. The company attributed the strong performance to robust demand from both domestic and international B2B clients, favorable gold price trends, and an improved product mix led by festive and bridal collections.
This is a very strong quarterly performance with exceptional growth across all key metrics — revenue, profitability, and margins — likely to generate a positive reaction from the market. The massive margin expansion and over 3.7x jump in profit signal strong operating leverage and pricing power, which are bullish indicators for shareholders.
