Sharat Industries has published its unaudited Q3 FY26 and nine-month results in Financial Express (English) and Visalandhra (Telugu), as required under SEBI's Regulation 47. For the quarter ended December 2025, revenue from operations stood at Rs 18,934.82 lakhs, slightly lower than the Rs 20,474.07 lakhs in the September 2025 quarter but up around 33% year-on-year from Rs 14,207.70 lakhs. Profit after tax for Q3 came in at Rs 256.84 lakhs, a sharp fall from Rs 722.21 lakhs in the preceding quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income rose to Rs 57,388.68 lakhs from Rs 47,266.71 lakhs a year ago, and the company swung to a profit after tax of Rs 1,143.69 lakhs compared with Rs 47.57 lakhs in the prior year period. EPS for the nine-month period was Rs 7.45 versus Rs 0.96 a year earlier.
The results highlight a clear year-on-year turnaround from a loss-making base last year, but the sequential drop in quarterly profit after tax from September to December quarter may draw investor attention. Shareholders should watch for the full-year performance and management commentary in the coming filings.
