Sharda Cropchem Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY2026 (ended March 31, 2026), as approved by the Board on May 13, 2026. Consolidated revenue for FY26 stood at ₹526.76 crore, up ~22% from ₹431.99 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit jumped to ₹68.09 crore from ₹30.44 crore in the prior year — more than doubling. Standalone revenue grew to ₹463.05 crore from ₹366.11 crore, while standalone net profit increased to ₹67.73 crore from ₹27.37 crore. Basic EPS on a consolidated basis was ₹75.47 for FY26 versus ₹33.74 in FY25. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹9 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for FY25-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The results were published in The Economic Times and Maharashtra Times on May 14, 2026.
Strong double-digit revenue growth and more than doubling of net profit are positive signals for shareholders. The dividend recommendation adds further support. The stock may see a bullish reaction given the sharp improvement in earnings across both standalone and consolidated metrics.
