Sharda Ispat Ltd reported audited standalone results for FY26 ending March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 16,879.39 lakhs from Rs 17,544.30 lakhs in FY25, representing a ~4% revenue decline. Net profit fell to Rs 620.24 lakhs from Rs 758.55 lakhs in the previous year, down ~18%. EPS declined from Rs 14.94 to Rs 12.22. The company posted negative operating cash flow of Rs 70.97 lakhs compared to positive Rs 1,124.52 lakhs in FY25. Finance costs increased significantly to Rs 251.07 lakhs from Rs 149.58 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board also re-appointed internal auditor M/s LNJ & Associates and cost auditor M/s Narendra Peshne & Associates for FY27.
The ~18% decline in net profit and negative operating cash flow are concerns for shareholders, though the clean audit opinion provides some comfort. The sharp increase in finance costs and declining revenues suggest pressure on profitability.
