Sharda Motor Industries reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenues of INR971.8 crores (30% Y-o-Y growth) and full-year revenues of INR3,396.8 crores (20% growth). Gross profit for Q4 grew 13% Y-o-Y to INR216.1 crores with EBITDA margins at 11.6%. The company highlighted strong growth drivers including lightweighting vertical now at ~14% market share (up from 12.5%), new export orders from a global agricultural equipment OEM (USD 2 million annual value, USD 10 million lifetime value, SOP Q1 FY28), and capacity expansion at Uttarakhand and Chakan facilities. Revenue mix for FY26 was CV emissions 44%, PV emissions 43%, and suspension 9%. Management guided FY27 capex of INR90-110 crores and expects the North American export order to begin SOP in Q3 FY27.
The company's diversified growth strategy across lightweighting, exports, and new regulatory-ready products positions it well for continued growth, though near-term margin improvement will be gradual as new programs ramp up.
