Five promoter group members of Shardul Securities (Gagan Chaturvedi, Shruti Chaturvedi, Mohini Chaturvedi, Pradeep Sandeep Corporate Advisors LLP, and Kamvan Construction Pvt Ltd) have together transferred 1.83 crore equity shares, equal to 20.94% of paid-up capital, to fellow promoter group entity Shriyam Commodities Intermediary LLP via an off-market inter-se transfer on July 16, 2026. Shriyam Commodities stake rises from 5.33% to 26.27%. Total promoter group holding stays unchanged at 74.85% of the company.
