Shardul Securities reported Q1 FY27 standalone profit after tax of Rs 13,154.55 lakhs, more than double from Rs 6,077.35 lakhs a year ago. Total income surged to Rs 17,338.59 lakhs from Rs 8,057.79 lakhs, driven mainly by net gain on fair value changes of Rs 17,163.48 lakhs. Consolidated PAT was Rs 14,266.76 lakhs. EPS stood at Rs 15.04 standalone and Rs 16.31 consolidated. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review. Company reclassified equity investments to stock-in-trade from April 2026, which changes tax treatment but not reported financial position.
