Share India Securities Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) consolidated results, with total revenue from operations at ₹341 crore, down 18% year-on-year from ₹414 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax stood at ₹84 crore, also down 18% from ₹103 crore, while EBITDA declined 8% to ₹141 crore. However, EBITDA margin improved to 41% (from 37%), and PAT margin held steady at 25%, showing better cost efficiency despite top-line pressure. On the operational side, broking clients grew 21% YoY to 46,301, average daily turnover reached ₹8,800 crore, the MTF book stood at ₹315 crore, and the NBFC loan book was ₹301 crore with NIMs of 4.10%. The company also announced obtaining SEBI approval to launch Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and a new WealthTech venture called Project Drone, partnered with fintech veteran Prabhakar Tiwari.
Lower revenue and profit numbers may weigh on near-term sentiment, but margin expansion, strong client growth across broking and NBFC, and new revenue streams from PMS and Project Drone offer positive long-term signals for shareholders.
