Shares under additional surveillance; IBC-linked, trade restricted to once a week

Sical Logistics shares have been placed under the Additional Surveillance Measure framework by BSE and NSE, effective June 22, 2026, in connection with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Trading will be restricted to once a week. The company says no direct communication was received from the exchanges and there will be no material financial or operational impact.
