Sharpline Broadcast Limited has submitted a revised newspaper publication disclosing the notice of its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for Monday, 12th December 2025. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), with remote e-voting facilitated by NSDL from 9th December 2025 (9:00 AM) to 11th December 2025 (5:00 PM). The cut-off date to determine eligible members is 17th November 2025, and Mr. Vivek Kumar has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
