Sheela Foam reported FY25 consolidated revenue of ~Rs. 3,500 crores with EBITDA margin of ~8.3% and net profit of ~Rs. 100 crores, marking the first full year of combined operations with Kurlon. Standalone FY25 revenue was ~Rs. 2,600 crores with 9.1% EBITDA margin. Management shared that Rs. 120 crores in cost synergies are already reflected in gross margins (42.5%), with another Rs. 130 crores of savings executed and to flow through over the next 2-3 quarters. The company added 400 exclusive showrooms and 1,700 dealers in FY25, plans 1,000+ new touchpoints in FY26, and rationalized plants from 18 to 12. Furlenco achieved positive profitability with Rs. 300 cr ARR, and Staqo revenues grew 61% YoY at 28% EBITDA margins. Management guided for ~15% revenue CAGR and 13-14% EBITDA margins for the India business over the next 2-3 years, with debt expected to be fully repaid from Rs. 700-750 crores currently to zero (excluding working capital) aided by Rs. 200 crores in real estate monetization.
Positive for medium-term sentiment: management reaffirmed a clear margin recovery path (8.3% to 13-14%) and deleveraging timeline over 2-3 years. Short-term margin disappointment persists as synergies haven't fully reflected, but cost actions already executed and top-line momentum in online/STI segments provide visibility for improvement.
