Sheela Foam Limited has allotted 4,390 equity shares of Rs. 5/- face value each to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the SF ESOP - 2022 scheme. The allotment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 14, 2026. The exercise price was exactly at face value (Rs. 5 per share) with no premium.
