Shelter Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 18th June 2025 to consider two key matters. First, the board will re-evaluate a previously disclosed proposal (from January 2025) to raise funds by issuing equity shares on a rights basis. Second, it will consider raising additional funds through the issue of warrants or other convertible or non-convertible securities on a preferential, rights, or other permissible basis, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. As per insider trading regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives is closed from 14th June 2025 until 48 hours after the board meeting concludes.
