Shentracon Chemicals reported unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) with total revenue of Rs. 12.00 lakhs, entirely from 'Other Income' with no operating sales. The company swung to a profit after tax of Rs. 7.07 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.16), compared to a loss of Rs. 4.91 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Total expenses were just Rs. 4.93 lakhs. For the full FY25, the company had reported a loss of Rs. 29.90 lakhs, largely driven by a Rs. 30.34 lakh extraordinary item. The auditor (Mark & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report. The board informed shareholders that BSE has granted in-principle approval for revocation of the trading suspension, subject to a Rs. 40 lakh re-instatement fee which has already been paid.
The headline return to profit is encouraging, but core chemical sales remain zero, so the business is still not generating operating revenue. The stock continues to be suspended from trading on BSE pending final revocation, which is the key catalyst retail investors should watch.
