Shentracon Chemicals has appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, effective 29 June 2026. The previous RTA, C B Management Services Pvt Ltd, merged into MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd effective 8 May 2026. NSDL and CDSL have both confirmed the transfer of depository connectivity. Shareholders should now send all share-related correspondence and queries to Purva Sharegistry in Lower Parel, Mumbai. A tripartite agreement is still being finalised.
