Sheraton Properties & Finance reported Q1 FY26 standalone results with total income of Rs 3.83 lakhs, up from Rs 0.43 lakhs in Q1 FY25, but with zero revenue from operations. The company posted a loss after tax of Rs 3.35 lakhs, narrower than the Rs 7.29 lakh loss in the same quarter last year. Other Comprehensive Income was sharply positive at Rs 1,559.65 lakhs (versus Rs 7,442.44 lakhs in Q1 FY25), taking total comprehensive income to Rs 1,556.30 lakhs. Employee expenses were Rs 2.64 lakhs and other expenses Rs 4.42 lakhs. Statutory auditor B L Dasharda & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Core operations remain dormant with no operating revenue, and the company continues to post quarterly losses, though smaller than the year-ago quarter. The bulk of value is coming from investment-related fair value gains (OCI), not business activity, which is a concern for shareholders looking at sustainable earnings.
