Shervani Industrial Syndicate has issued a corrigendum to its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, correcting figures in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities that were originally misstated due to a typographical error. Current borrowings have been revised sharply downward from Rs 6,080 lakh to Rs 71 lakh, while non-current borrowings have been revised upward from Rs 1,119 lakh to Rs 7,128 lakh. Total current liabilities dropped from Rs 19,649 lakh to Rs 13,640 lakh, and total non-current liabilities rose from Rs 1,411 lakh to Rs 7,420 lakh. The same pattern of correction appears in the consolidated statement. The overall level of borrowings remains broadly unchanged; only the classification between current and non-current has been fixed.
Total debt is essentially unchanged, so solvency is unaffected, but the company's short-term liquidity profile looks much stronger than originally reported, with negligible current borrowings. Investors should read the revised figures when assessing liquidity and debt-maturity risk.
