The closure is for the purpose of holding the 77th Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend. The company has fixed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 as the cutoff/record date to determine shareholders' entitlement for e-voting and dividend. The Board had recommended the dividend at its meeting held on May 22, 2025. CDSL will provide the e-voting facility for the AGM.
Investors must hold shares by the record date of September 23, 2025 to be eligible for the dividend and to participate in e-voting. Share transfers and trading will be restricted during the book closure period from September 24 to September 30, 2025.
