Shetron Limited will hold its 45th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, August 30, 2025 to Friday, September 5, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and payment of dividend. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend, which if approved at the AGM will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the record date of Friday, August 29, 2025, after deduction of tax at source.
