Shetron Ltd's board approved Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and nine-month unaudited results on February 7, 2026. Revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs 5,569 lakhs, up 7.4% YoY from Rs 5,184 lakhs, while net profit rose sharply to Rs 37 lakhs from Rs 20 lakhs in Q3 FY25, an increase of about 85%. For nine months, revenue grew 6% to Rs 18,489 lakhs and net profit rose to Rs 304 lakhs from Rs 283 lakhs. Sequentially though, both revenue and profit fell versus Q2 FY26 (revenue down from Rs 6,041 lakhs, profit from Rs 105 lakhs). Finance costs declined YoY (Rs 173 vs Rs 193 lakhs). The statutory auditor (N. Naresh and Co) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Mixed signals for shareholders: YoY profit growth looks strong but comes off a very low base, and the sharp sequential drop in Q3 sales and earnings warrants attention. Investors should watch whether the Q3 softness was a one-off or signals demand weakness in the metal packaging business.
