Appointment of Additional Executive Directors

Shilp Gravures Ltd has appointed two Additional Executive Directors — Mr. Pranav Chandrakant Bhalara (DIN: 03299470) and Mr. Kishor Nanalal Doshi (DIN: 07846262) — effective May 17, 2025. The appointments were made by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and remain subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bhalara brings 19 years of experience in flexible packaging and currently serves as Director at Balaji Multiflex Private Limited. Mr. Doshi is a retired Deputy Labor Commissioner (Gujarat State) with 34 years of experience in labor law enforcement. Neither appointee is debarred by SEBI from holding office as a director.
