Reminder to physical shareholders for KYC details update

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited has sent a reminder to shareholders holding shares in physical form to update their KYC details with the Registrar Bigshare Services Private Limited. As per SEBI circulars, shareholders need to furnish PAN, postal address with PIN, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature. Shareholders with incomplete KYC cannot lodge grievances or receive dividend, interest, or redemption payments electronically. Relevant forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13, ISR-3, SH-14) are available on the company and RTA websites.
Routine compliance filing. Physical shareholders must update KYC with RTA to receive dividends and other payments electronically and to avail RTA services.
