SCI sends KYC update reminder to physical shareholders

Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has sent a reminder letter to physical shareholders asking them to update KYC details in their folios. The details required include PAN, postal address with PIN, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature, as mandated by SEBI circulars. Shareholders with incomplete KYC will not be able to lodge grievances with the RTA or receive dividend payments electronically. Forms ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13, ISR-3 and SH-14 can be downloaded from the RTA Alankit Assignments and SCI websites.
Routine regulatory compliance filing with no material impact on the business or stock price. Only physical shareholders with incomplete KYC details need to act.
