Shish Industries has resubmitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025, along with the limited review report and statement of deviation, after the earlier filing was missing UDIN due to ICAI portal issues. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹3,123.70 lakhs (vs ₹2,796.47 lakhs in Q3 FY25, ~12% higher), while profit after tax jumped to ₹328.37 lakhs (vs ₹173.11 lakhs), roughly doubling year-on-year; 9-month standalone PAT grew to ₹834.79 lakhs from ₹682.30 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue dipped to ₹3,335.58 lakhs from ₹3,503.56 lakhs and PAT fell sharply to ₹105.48 lakhs from ₹190.16 lakhs, even though 9-month consolidated revenue grew ~19% to ₹9,624.08 lakhs. The company also reported allotment of 24.34 lakh shares on warrant conversion (9 Nov 2025) and forfeiture of 6.73 lakh warrants (₹2.02 crore) for non-payment. Statutory auditor KPCM & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Standalone performance is strong, with profits nearly doubling, but the consolidated picture is weaker, indicating that subsidiary-level operations are dragging down group profitability. The warrant forfeiture is a small positive (extra non-operating inflow), and the clean auditor review removes any immediate governance red flags. Net effect is mixed — solid core business but rising dependence on subsidiaries to drive group earnings.
