Shiv Aum Steels reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 53,253 Lakhs for FY26, down 2.9% from Rs 54,820 Lakhs in FY25. Consolidated revenue grew 3.3% to Rs 57,359 Lakhs from Rs 55,514 Lakhs. Standalone PAT declined to Rs 744 Lakhs from Rs 991 Lakhs, while consolidated PAT fell to Rs 720 Lakhs from Rs 987 Lakhs. The company migrated from NSE SME platform to Main Board in November 2025 and adopted Ind AS for the first time this year. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 1,354 Lakhs vs negative Rs 631 Lakhs in FY25. Inventories reduced significantly by Rs 1,571 Lakhs. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
PAT decline of ~25% on standalone and ~27% on consolidated basis is a concern despite positive cash flow generation. The stock may face selling pressure due to lower profitability, though the Main Board listing and clean audit provide some support.
