The company declared total dividend of INR 4 per share (including INR 2 interim already paid). Exceptional items of INR 79 lakhs were recognized due to new labour codes impacting gratuity and compensated absence provisions. The Pune plant launch has been deferred pending government approvals. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong financial performance with profit growth over 24% on consolidated basis is positive for shareholders. The deferred Pune plant and labour code changes present some operational headwinds to monitor. Dividend of INR 4 per share provides good shareholder returns.
