Promoter Mr. Kabir Ghumman intends to acquire 20,86,200 shares (3.62% of share capital) of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd from another promoter, Mr. Sumer Ghumman, by way of gift under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
