Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd has fixed Wednesday, 24th September 2025 as the Record Date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The Board had recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share (2%) on shares with face value of Rs. 10 each, subject to member approval at the 33rd AGM.
