Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper's board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q1 FY26 (ended 30 June 2025), reviewed by statutory auditor G.B. Laddha & Co LLP with an unqualified review report. Consolidated revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹17,709.49 lakh from ₹11,822.13 lakh in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 50% year-on-year. Profit after tax jumped to ₹706.79 lakh (₹218.79 lakh in Q1 FY25), while profit before tax climbed to ₹1,027.49 lakh from ₹296.24 lakh. EPS (basic and diluted, not annualised) stood at ₹7.95 versus ₹2.92 in the corresponding quarter last year. The company operates a single segment – manufacturing of kraft paper (Testliner and Multilayer Testliner) – and the results include its subsidiary and joint venture.
Strong top-line growth of roughly 50% YoY and a near-tripling of profit signal a significant operational improvement, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The clean (unqualified) auditor review and absence of any flagged concerns reinforce a healthy picture for the stock in the near term.
