Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper has informed BSE that its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025 were published in The Indian Express and Sandesh on May 31, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose sharply to ₹15,506.32 lakhs in Q4 FY25 from ₹10,746.53 lakhs a year earlier, while full-year revenue jumped to ₹50,550.90 lakhs from ₹29,450.83 lakhs. Net profit after tax for Q4 grew to ₹453.62 lakhs (vs ₹284.76 lakhs), and full-year PAT climbed to ₹995.50 lakhs from ₹824.95 lakhs. Annual diluted EPS, however, slipped to ₹11.95 from ₹14.83, partly because equity share capital expanded from ₹749.94 lakhs to ₹891.48 lakhs during the year, indicating a fresh equity infusion that diluted per-share earnings.
Strong revenue growth and rising profits point to healthy operational momentum, but the EPS decline driven by equity dilution means shareholders should expect moderated per-share returns despite the top-line improvement.
