Shree Cement has reported strong full-year FY26 results with consolidated total income rising 8.7% to Rs 21,604 crore from Rs 19,872 crore in FY25. Net profit after tax jumped 55.6% to Rs 1,749 crore versus Rs 1,124 crore in the previous year. Q4 FY26 standalone revenue was Rs 5,755 crore with net profit of Rs 532 crore. The company maintained a healthy net worth of Rs 23,268 crore, though outstanding debt nearly doubled to Rs 1,594 crore. Earnings per share (basic, diluted) for the year came in at Rs 483.24 compared to Rs 311.18 in FY25. The Board approved these results at its meeting on 6th May 2026.
Strong profit growth of 55.6% year-on-year with improved EPS is positive for shareholders. However, near-doubling of debt levels may raise concerns about leverage despite the still-low debt-equity ratio of 0.07.
