Shree Cement Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements publishing its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) financial results, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose modestly to Rs 5,516.11 crore from Rs 5,263.09 crore YoY, but net profit after tax jumped 131% to Rs 643.66 crore from Rs 278.45 crore. EPS more than doubled to Rs 178.12 from Rs 77.22. The company also significantly cut outstanding debt to Rs 845.41 crore from Rs 1,627.27 crore, with debt-equity at 0.04 times. Standalone PAT grew to Rs 618.51 crore from Rs 317.71 crore. The board approved these results on 4 August 2025. The publication also highlights the company's CareEdge ESG 1 rating of 70.8.
More-than-doubled profit growth and a sharp drop in debt signal strong operating performance and a healthier balance sheet. This is a positive for shareholders and should be viewed favorably by the market.
