Shree Cement has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. For FY2026, consolidated total income rose 8.7% year-on-year to ₹21,604.30 crore, while net profit after tax surged 55.6% to ₹1,748.66 crore compared to ₹1,123.80 crore in FY2025. However, Q4 FY2026 showed a mixed picture with total income up 9% to ₹6,202.16 crore but net profit after tax declining 8.3% to ₹527.53 crore versus ₹574.99 crore in Q4 FY2025. Basic EPS for the full year improved significantly to ₹483.24 from ₹311.18. Outstanding debt nearly doubled to ₹1,593.72 crore from ₹816.92 crore, though the debt-equity ratio remains low at 0.07x. The results were approved by the Board on May 6, 2026.
Full-year profit growth is strong and signals operational efficiency, but the Q4 profit decline amid higher revenue may raise concerns about cost pressures. The near-doubling of debt warrants monitoring. Overall, positive for long-term shareholders despite quarterly volatility.
