Shree Cement has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 4th August 2025 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1FY26). In line with SEBI insider trading rules, the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from 1st July 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the results are announced, i.e. on 6th August 2025. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are barred from trading in the company's securities during this blackout period. This is a standard compliance disclosure required before quarterly results.
