Shree Ganesh Remedies appoints Ms. Hiral Shah as Independent Director

Shree Ganesh Remedies has appointed Ms. Hiral Ankitkumar Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective July 17, 2026, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. She is a qualified Company Secretary with M.Com and LL.B degrees and over 14 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliance for listed and private companies. She currently serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at UMA Converter Limited. She is not debarred from accessing capital markets or holding director positions by SEBI or any other authority.
