SEBI has opened a special one-year window (February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027) for transferring and converting physical securities into demat form. This applies to shares bought or sold before April 01, 2019, and to transfer requests that were previously rejected, returned, or not processed. Shree Hari Chemicals Export has published this notice in newspapers (Business Standard in English and Mumbai Lakshadeep in Marathi) on April 28, 2026, as required under SEBI regulations. Once transferred, shares will be credited only in demat mode and will be subject to a one-year lock-in period from the date of registration, during which they cannot be pledged or transferred further. Shareholders can submit their documents to the RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, at their Mumbai office.
Physical shareholders now have a limited window to regularize their holdings by converting physical shares to demat form. While there is no direct impact on the company's financial health or stock price, this is a compliance-driven exercise that helps clean up the register of members.
