Shree Krishna Infrastructure Ltd reported its audited financial results for FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025). Revenue from operations declined to Rs 79.56 lakh from Rs 86.72 lakh in FY24, a drop of about 8.3%. Net profit, however, rose to Rs 3.45 lakh from Rs 3.12 lakh, a roughly 10.7% increase, helped by lower employee and other expenses. EPS stood at Rs 0.031 vs Rs 0.030 last year. The statutory auditor M/s Bharat Gupta & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Cash and cash equivalents jumped sharply to Rs 328.77 lakh from Rs 45.99 lakh, with net cash from operating activities turning positive at Rs 249.11 lakh versus a negative Rs 53.57 lakh last year. The Board also appointed a new Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor, each for a five-year term starting FY26.
For shareholders, the picture is mixed: top-line shrank but bottom-line improved modestly, and cash generation strengthened significantly with no debt on the books. The clean audit opinion is reassuring, though the revenue decline may be a watchpoint for future growth.
