Shree Pacetronix Ltd reported strong Q2 FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 659.19 lakhs, up about 63% year-on-year from Rs. 404.40 lakhs. Half-yearly revenue rose to Rs. 1,193.49 lakhs from Rs. 889.82 lakhs, a growth of roughly 34%. Profit after tax for Q2 jumped to Rs. 131.58 lakhs (from Rs. 2.95 lakhs a year ago) and for H1 to Rs. 198.58 lakhs (from Rs. 40.19 lakhs), translating to an EPS of Rs. 3.66 for the quarter and Rs. 5.52 for the half year. Profitability improved sharply, with operating profit before tax margin expanding to around 22% in H1 FY26 from about 6% in H1 FY25. Cash flow from operations remained positive at Rs. 160.03 lakhs (standalone). Auditor S.R. Naredi & Co. issued an unmodified limited review opinion. Consolidated numbers were broadly in line, with the subsidiary Shree Coratomic Limited contributing negligible revenue and a small loss.
A strong beat on both revenue and profit, with PAT for H1 FY26 nearly 5x year-ago levels, is a positive signal for shareholders and could support the stock price. The improving margins and clean audit opinion add to the upbeat picture, though the subsidiary remains a drag.
