Proceedings of 33rd Annual General Meeting

Shree Steel Wire Ropes Ltd held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at its Khopoli plant in Raigad, Maharashtra. Six directors were present, chaired by Independent Director Mr. Rajiv Gugnani, along with the Company Secretary, CFO, statutory auditors, and scrutinizer. Eight resolutions were passed with requisite majority, including adoption of FY25 audited financials, re-appointment of Mr. Ashish L. Sajnani as Managing Director, appointment of statutory and secretarial auditors, approval of related party transactions for FY26, and appointment of promoter family members — Mrs. Kirtee Sajnani (Non-Executive Director) and Mr. Aryan Sajnani (Whole Time Director). The statutory auditors' report had no qualifications or adverse observations.
