Mr. Srikanta Barik, Store Head, ceased to be an SMP because he was regularized as a Non-Executive Director of the company at the 24th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2025. The company filed this intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, and detailed disclosures were provided in Annexure-A.
