Shreeji Translogistics reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹12,033.17 lakhs for H1 FY26, marginally up from ₹11,945.58 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated PAT jumped to ₹147.43 lakhs from ₹76.92 lakhs, nearly doubling year-on-year, while Q2 standalone PAT rose sharply to ₹62.70 lakhs from ₹5.25 lakhs. The Transport segment drove growth at ₹12,033.17 lakhs (H1) versus ₹10,135.15 lakhs last year, while the commodity trading segment contributed nothing this half. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹(772.39) lakhs versus ₹1,065.76 lakhs last year, mainly due to a ₹1,347 lakh increase in trade receivables. The auditor has changed from Sanjay C. Shah & Associates to G.P. Kapadia & Co. for the current period.
Strong PAT growth despite flat top-line signals margin improvement, but the steep swing to negative operating cash flow and rising receivables (₹7,652 lakhs vs ₹6,305 lakhs) are red flags that warrant close watch on working capital and collection efficiency.
