Shreeji Translogistics reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹62.01 crore for Q3 FY26, up about 8.8% from ₹56.99 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue from operations rose 3.1% YoY to ₹182.34 crore. The Transport Service and Other Incidental segment grew about 24% to ₹182.34 crore for 9M FY26, but the Trading of Commodity Goods segment contributed nil this year versus ₹30.16 crore in the prior period, showing the company has exited that business. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 nearly doubled to ₹2.37 crore from ₹1.22 crore, and Q3 PAT rose about 98% to ₹90 lakhs; basic EPS for 9M stood at ₹0.34 versus ₹0.18. The statutory auditor G.P. Kapadia & Co. has replaced the previous auditor Sanjay C. Shah & Associates, and the limited review report is unmodified.
Strong doubling of bottom-line profit driven by the core transport business and lower other expenses is a positive signal for shareholders, even though headline revenue growth was modest. Investors should note the discontinuation of the trading segment, the mid-year change of statutory auditor, and that the auditor flagged attention items regarding an associate whose investment was bought out by continuing partners.
