The board, at its meeting on May 30, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified (clean) auditor's opinion from Sanjay C. Shah & Associates. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 came in at ₹23,103.99 lacs versus ₹25,378.63 lacs in FY24, a decline of roughly 9%, dragged down by a sharp fall in the commodity trading segment (₹2,181.38 lacs vs ₹5,735.70 lacs). Consolidated profit after tax collapsed to ₹198.99 lacs from ₹1,637.23 lacs (down ~88%), with EPS falling to ₹0.30 from ₹2.34. The core transport services segment, however, grew ~6.5% in revenue to ₹20,922.61 lacs. Operating cash flow improved sharply to ₹1,269.66 lacs (from ₹53.35 lacs) and total borrowings reduced, while the board also appointed M/s Sanjeev Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.
Headline earnings look very weak year-on-year and may pressure the stock in the short term, but the strong jump in operating cash flow, debt reduction, and growth in the core transport business suggest underlying operations remained healthier than the bottom-line number implies. The clean audit opinion and absence of any audit qualifications are reassuring for shareholders.
