The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 12,033.17 lakhs (vs Rs. 11,945.58 lakhs in H1 FY25), while profit after tax jumped about 92% to Rs. 147.43 lakhs (vs Rs. 76.92 lakhs). Standalone revenue slipped slightly to Rs. 11,361.47 lakhs, but PAT more than doubled to Rs. 120.58 lakhs. Consolidated EPS for H1 FY26 stood at Rs. 0.21 versus Rs. 0.11 a year ago. However, operating cash flow swung sharply negative at Rs. (772.39) lakhs, driven mainly by a Rs. 1,347.47 lakh jump in trade receivables. The board also approved the company's retirement as a 30% partner from TKD Communication LLP, an associate that has not generated any revenue. The retirement involves related parties from the promoter group (Mrs. Rashmi Shah holds 6.56% and Mr. Rakshit Shah is a promoter-group member). The statutory auditor for the current review is G.P. Kapadia & Co., replacing Sanjay C. Shah & Associates who reviewed prior periods.
Strong PAT growth on nearly flat revenue indicates meaningful margin expansion, which is positive for shareholders. However, the sharp swing to negative operating cash flow caused by rising receivables is a watch item — it suggests collections are weakening even as reported profits improve. The auditor change and exit from the dormant LLP are housekeeping matters with no material financial impact.
