Shreeji Translogistics reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹6,200.54 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up about 8.8% from ₹5,699.17 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, consolidated revenue was ₹18,233.71 lakhs versus ₹17,692.43 lakhs in the same period last year, a modest 3% rise. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₹90.05 lakhs in Q3 (vs ₹45.37 lakhs) and jumped to ₹237.18 lakhs for nine months (vs ₹122.29 lakhs), with EPS rising to ₹0.34 from ₹0.18. The company has fully exited commodity trading and now operates only in the transport and logistics segment, where transport service revenue grew over 24% on a nine-month basis. The statutory auditor changed to G.P. Kapadia & Co., replacing the previous auditor Sanjay C. Shah & Associates.
Strong profit growth driven by focus on the core transport business is a positive signal for shareholders, though overall revenue growth remains modest. The auditor change during the fiscal year is a routine governance event but worth noting.
