Shreenath Paper Products has issued a corrigendum to its FY25 results filed on May 30, 2025, correcting a typographical error in the Earnings Per Share figure from Rs. 1.47 to Rs. 1.96. For FY ended March 31, 2025, revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 10,258.21 lakhs from Rs. 18,584.83 lakhs in FY24 (about 45% decline), and profit after tax dropped to Rs. 288.87 lakhs from Rs. 438.11 lakhs. The company recently got listed on the BSE SME platform on March 5, 2025, after raising Rs. 23.36 crore through an IPO of 53.1 lakh shares at Rs. 44 each. Cash flow from operations was negative at Rs. -669.26 lakhs, worse than the prior year's negative Rs. 246.90 lakhs. The auditor (S.J. Dama & Associates) issued an unqualified opinion.
The EPS correction actually lifts the reported figure by about 33%, but the underlying business shows steep revenue and profit contraction year-on-year along with worsening negative operating cash flows. Shareholders should note this is a recently listed SME company with declining top-line performance that warrants close monitoring.
