Shreeshay Engineers' Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1812.54 lakhs versus Rs. 1829.70 lakhs in FY24, a marginal decline of roughly 1%. Profit before tax rose sharply to Rs. 200.01 lakhs from Rs. 145.99 lakhs, helped by lower construction expenses. Net profit after tax came in at Rs. 135.39 lakhs versus Rs. 109.29 lakhs, an increase of about 24% year-on-year. The statutory auditor (B.B. Gusani & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. Cash and bank balances improved to Rs. 422.78 lakhs from Rs. 207.68 lakhs, supported by healthy operating cash flow of Rs. 327.03 lakhs.
A clean audit and solid profit growth on flat revenue suggest improved cost efficiency, which is positive for shareholders. However, the slight dip in top-line and absence of revenue expansion may limit upside in the near term; investors should watch for new order inflows.
